Hi Judy,

Have you cleared your temporary internet files? If you are usin IE:

Tools > Internet Options > Browsing History - Delete > Temporary Internet Files > Delete files

If this doesn't work then just choose to delete everything.

Are you using a Google toolbar as well?

Yes, I clear temp internet files out quite regularly with whatever browser I'm using. In this case, it was Google Chrome. I actually discovered, you click on the spanner icon, then options, under the hood - then uncheck the 2nd box which refers to Use a suggestion service to help complete searches and URLs typed in the address bar.

Thanks for your help tho.
