I'm trying to help a friend overseas with importing her contacts - that isn't a problem, but she says her toolbar is not showing. How do you activate the tool bar (in Outlook Express/Windows Live Mail?

I'm using Vista myself - and my toolbar is already showing. I was asking for a friend in England (I'm in Australia) - she has Win 7 - I've never ever seen Win 7. I'll tell her what you suggested, although I understood she didnt have the toolbar, so was wondering how she was going to click on something that wasnt there.
Thanks
Judy

Have you tried View>Toolbars>Navigation Toolbar. If this doesn't work then I would reinstall Firefox.
