I'm trying to help a friend overseas with importing her contacts - that isn't a problem, but she says her toolbar is not showing. How do you activate the tool bar (in Outlook Express/Windows Live Mail?

Have you tried View>Toolbars?
I'm using Vista myself - and my toolbar is already showing. I was asking for a friend in England (I'm in Australia) - she has Win 7 - I've never ever seen Win 7. I'll tell her what you suggested, although I understood she didnt have the toolbar, so was wondering how she was going to click on something that wasnt there.
Thanks

The Navigation Bar and Back & Forward buttons are all missing.
I have tried going to View,Toolbar, Customize Restore Default Set but nothing happened
Also there is no icons to drag them back into place. Has anyone had this problem or know how to
correct it?
My laptop needs to be fixed so using My Home PC but this is really annoying Please Help!
