The link is below but for this to work you must do this. When running stage 1, as soon as you get the tri colour screen then you must take out the usb connection and then put it back in. If you don't do this then it won't work. Also, between the stages make sure that your phone has fully booted up and is connected to ActiveSync or Sync Center.

This worked for me with a TyTNII which was locked to Orange. You can then use any SIM and also run a non-orange ROM update if you can get hold of the file from somewhere like Modaco.com.
